Rhiannon Vogl is a PhD student in Art History at the University of Toronto, where she researches postmodern art writing. Vogl has written for Phaidon, Border Crossings, Blackflash, and Canadian Art, and has published essays in artist monographs. From 2008-18, Vogl was a curator of contemporary art at the National Gallery of Canada, where her exhibitions included Kiki Smith and Tony Smith: Masterpiece in Focus (2016); New Lines: Contemporary Drawings from the NGC (2014); and the Governor General’s Awards in Visual and Media Arts exhibition (2018-11).
