At Art Toronto 2022, Sky Goodden speaks with Cecilia Alemani, Artistic Director of the 59th Venice Biennale, about The Milk of Dreams, exploring the exhibition, its artists, and its critical reception.
Sky Goodden is the founding publisher of Momus, an online platform for art writing and criticism; and co-host of Momus: The Podcast. Goodden has published in numerous catalogues, art books, and publications including Momus, Frieze, Art in America, C Magazine, and Art21, among others. She is based in Montreal.
Cecilia Alemani is an Italian curator based in New York.Since 2011, she has been the Director & Chief Curator of High Line Art in New York. From 2020 to 2022, she served as the Artistic Director of the 59th Venice Biennale, where she curated the acclaimed exhibition The Milk of Dreams.
