David W. Norman

David W. Norman is a writer and critic based in the western Great Lakes region. In addition to Momus, his writing has appeared in or is forthcoming from October, Art History, American Art, Peripeti, and Inuit Art Quarterly, among others. His work has been supported by the Andy Warhol Foundation, the New Foundation for Art History, and the American-Scandinavian Foundation. He is currently completing a book on Land art in the upper Midwest and settler colonialism’s ongoing impacts on the region.
